Group Overview

CBM Company has been in existence for 40 years. Since its original spare parts activity, it has adapted to a constantly evolving market and diversified its operations. We have a deeply bold DNA that allows us to be agile and explore different activities, notably through recent company acquisitions that have expanded the services offered within the group.

LOGO CBM FOND NOIR

Since 1927, our history has been that of an industrial group in motion.

It all began with Société Centrale de Chemin de Fer (S.C.F.), a manufacturer of trams, railcars, and coaches in Le Mans. Then, in 1976, the creation of CBM (Cars & Bus Maintenance) marked a new beginning: the shift from manufacturing to spare parts.

Today, our international network and multi-expertise are the result of growth patiently built up over decades. We are now reaching a turning point: the structuring of the CBM Corp group allows us to bring together our expertise—parts, rail, conversion, and tech—under a more visible, clear, and coherent identity.

Customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do

Today, under the name CBM Corp, it is an international company with its family DNA intact, bringing together expert subsidiaries around a single ambition: to serve public transport operators over the long term, with trust and momentum. This is a collective story. It is made up of committed teams, loyal customers and long-term partners. It is driven by a pioneering spirit, a taste for a job well done and a shared passion for solutions that move things forward.

At CBM Corp, we believe that sustainable performance is based on three inseparable pillars: expertise, innovation and trust. Since its creation, our group has grown thanks to the passion of our teams, the quality of our partnerships and the loyalty of our customers. In a constantly changing world, we are committed to anticipating the needs of our markets and offering responsible solutions that create long-term value.

Our ambition is clear: to be a leading player in our sector, while remaining true to our values of integrity, proximity and excellence. I would like to thank all our employees for their daily commitment, as well as our customers and partners for the trust they place in us. Together, we will continue to build the future of CBM with the same energy, the same high standards and the same passion that have always driven us.

CBM Corp

A clear innovation policy

Enabling all public transport operators to move forward in the right direction

CBM is involved in every stage of a vehicle’s life cycle. From parts replacement to retrofitting and on-board solutions, we guarantee continuity of service for public transport.

CBM VISUEL

Movement is our driving force.
It has enabled us to grow, evolve and conquer new territories.
But we have never done it alone.
Our promise is one of partnership.
We are neither a simple supplier nor a passing acquaintance.
We support our customers, our employees and our partners over the long term.
With consistency, commitment and trust.
Because public transport requires rigour, performance and reliability.

Our logo is not just a graphic symbol.
It is a directional emblem that reflects both our business and our stance.
The central symbol – a stylised silhouette of a bus, coach or tram – immediately anchors CBM Corp
in the world of public transport.
Clear, understated and obvious, it speaks to our customers and our teams alike.
But this symbol goes further. It incorporates two side brackets that suggest connection: the link between
areas of expertise, between subsidiaries, between territories and between people.
It supports, it binds, it holds everything together.

Governance
